Logging On with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

Learn how to logon to thefund.com with MFA enabled on your user account.

Email

1. Enter your credentials to logon to thefund.com. The dialog below will show. Click the "Send me an email" button to receive the One-time Verification code via email.
   
2. A one-time verification code email will be sent to your email address. Click the "Sign in"  button in the email. 
   
3. Alternatively, you can enter the verification code that is in the email manually on the dialog.
   
   
   

Google Authenticator

1. Enter your credentials to logon to thefund.com. The dialog below will show.
2. Open the Google Authenticator app and enter the code from your phone. Then click the “Verify” button.
   

Okta Verify

1. Enter your credentials to logon to thefund.com.
2. You will receive a push notification on your phone to confirm access via the Okta Verify app.

Phone

1. Enter your credentials to logon to thefund.com. The below dialog will show. Click on the "Receive a code via SMS" button.
   

2. Enter the code that was sent via text and click the "Verify" button.
