Scroll down to the Support & Questions section. Click on the Unsubscribe link.
Fill-out the form to submit your unsubscribe request. The unsubscribe process is automatic and you will receive a final message acknowledging the termination and thanking you for your participation.
Note: Once removed you cannot automatically get back on. You must go through the process of applying for membership once again.
