Final Policy Request or Update status' will NOT show in the new Product Ordering.
Contact your Business Development Advisor and request access to Final Policy products.
- Logon to thefund.com. Click on “Product Ordering icon” in the Launch Center. Next, click “Existing Orders – View, Update & Rework”.
- Select your “Office” and click the “Get Started” button.
Click to Enlarge - On the “Existing Orders – View, Update & Rework” screen, you can search by a date range and your closing file number, as well as, the order source. Enter a date range and click the “Search” button. Orders that match your search criteria will show in the table.
Click to Enlarge - Orders with the status of “Delivered Product” have additional actions. Click on the “Ellipsis Icon” to request an update, rework or final policy.
- On the update and rework screen, select the product type "Residential - Update Branch Product (39B)" from the drop down menu and complete all required information and click the “Submit Order” button.
