E-Closing DT's Events & Checklists Make It Easy to Track Progress
When you’re busy (and when aren’t you?), it’s hard to keep track of which actions you’ve completed in the closing process. E-Closing DT includes two features that make it easy!
Create an Event
An Event is a task you want to keep track of in a file. Trying to remember if you’ve sent that Title Search? Make it an Event. Is the commitment completed? You guessed it; make it an Event.
Once you’ve created an Event, add it to the Status Legend on the Whiteboard, and then view it along with other file tasks in the Event Status column. As Events are completed, they no longer appear in the Event Status column.
Create a Checklist
Events can also be grouped into a Checklist and easily assigned to similar file types (purchase, refi, commercial, etc.).
