In preparation of TRID going into effect on October 3rd we have now released the ALTA Settlement Statements. In the documents area you will find a document package labeled "ALTA Settlement Statements". These forms will automatically aggregate all of the Closing Disclosure information from the Closing Disclosure Form screen and produce the new ALTA Settlement Statements. THESE FORMS CAN ONLY BE GENERATED WHEN THE CLOSING DISCLOSURE FORM IS USED. You will be able to choose from the following four acceptable versions: Borrower Only, Seller Only, Cash and Combined.
