On bottom of page 5 of the Borrowers Closing Disclosure and the right hand side of Page 1 of the Sellers Disclosure you will find contact information for the various parties who handled the transaction. Most of the parties listed require you to disclose state or national licensing numbers. These numbers are stored in the rolodex record for each company and contact that you assign to the file and are listed in the contact areas. You will notice in some of the rolodex records a spot where you can enter state specific license numbers so you can enter state licensing information if you are a multi-state agency or operation.
